Your use of the Once Upon a Pod iOS app is governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) . By installing or using the app, you agree to those terms.
Subscriptions
Once Upon a Pod offers an auto-renewable annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews yearly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
If a free trial is offered, payment is charged when the trial ends, not when you start it. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Service description
Once Upon a Pod is a curated directory of children's podcasts and a kid-safe podcast player. We do not host audio; the app streams from each podcast's own RSS feed. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. The app is designed for families; kid-facing surfaces have no free-text input, no social features, and no purchases accessible to children.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Once Upon a Pod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
